Naga33 Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Policy for Malaysia's Online Betting

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use Naga33's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be of at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. Naga33 does not permit the registration or use of the platform by individuals under the age of 18 under any circumstances.
• You must register using accurate, complete and truthful personal information. Your full name, date of birth, Malaysian phone number, and any other details requested during registration must be accurate and belong to you.
• Each individual is only permitted to hold one account only at Naga33. Multiple account registrations by the same individual — whether under a different name, phone number, or other details — are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed.
• You must register an account to personal use only and not on behalf of any third party or for commercial purposes without prior written consent from Naga33.
• You must reside in a geographic region where use of Naga33's services is permitted. Naga33 bears no responsibility if you access the platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is prohibited under local law.

Naga33 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time, including during registration, prior to withdrawal processing, or when suspicious account activity is detected. Required documents may include a copy of your Malaysian identity card (MyKad), a utility bill, or a recent bank statement as proof of address.

3. Account Usage & Member Responsibilities

Each Naga33 member is fully responsible for all activity that takes place within their account. The following are your responsibilities and obligations as a Naga33 member:

• Password confidentiality: You are responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. Do not share this information with anyone, including family members. Naga33 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from a shared or compromised password.
• Account security: Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an added layer of security. If you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, contact Naga33's support team immediately.
• Information update: You are responsible for ensuring that the personal information in your account is kept up to date and accurate. Contact Naga33 support if you need to update key details such as your phone number or email address.
• Responsible use: You acknowledge that betting carries financial risk and that you are wagering with money you can afford to lose. Naga33 encourages all members to set personal betting limits and to gamble responsibly.

Naga33 reserves the right to suspend or restrict any account that shows unusual activity, including suspicious betting patterns, repeated failed login attempts, or usage that is inconsistent with the member's established profile.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Naga33 supports a range of fast and secure Malaysian payment methods. All financial transactions are subject to the following terms:

Deposit Terms:

• The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 per transaction.

• You may only deposit funds using a payment method registered in your own name. Naga33 does not accept deposits from third parties.
• Naga33 reserves the right to decline any deposit that raises reasonable suspicion of fraud or money laundering.

Withdrawal Terms:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per request.
• Standard withdrawals are processed and credited to your e-wallet or bank account within 5 to 15 minutes business days.
• Naga33 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals, particularly for high-value withdrawals or accounts that have not previously undergone verification.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, except in specific circumstances approved by the Naga33 finance team.
• Naga33 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending the completion of an investigation if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, breach of terms or money laundering activity.

5. Bonuses, Promotions & Special Offers

Naga33 offers various bonuses and promotions to members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated alongside each offer, as well as the following general rules:

• RM 288 Welcome Bonus available to new members making a first deposit of at least RM 30. This bonus may only be claimed once per new account.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirement stated alongside the relevant offer before the bonus balance can be converted into withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements are typically between 8x and 25x the bonus amount, depending on the promotion type.
• Bonuses are for the personal use of the member only and non-transferable to another account.
• Naga33 reserves the right to void bonuses and forfeit any winnings generated from them if there is evidence of promotion abuse, including the use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus.
• Naga33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice, unless the promotion has already been claimed by a member and is in the process of being wagered.
• Bets placed using bonus funds may be subject to minimum and maximum bet limits that differ from those applicable to real-money wagers.

6. Sports Betting Rules

Sports Betting at Naga33 covers Malaysia Super League and EPL football, La Liga, BWF badminton, ATP/WTA tennis, NBA basketball, e-sports and over 30 other sports categories. The general betting rules are as follows:

• Bets once placed are final and non-reversible by a member once confirmed, unless the Cash Out feature is used (where available) or the match is cancelled by the organiser.
• The odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are the odds that will be used to calculate winnings — any change in odds after a bet has been confirmed will not affect the existing bet.
• If the match suspended or cancelled by the organiser prior to kick-off, all bets placed on that match will be fully refunded to the member's account.
• If a match is interrupted while in progress, Naga33 will apply the following policy: bets are settled if the match resumes within 24 hours; if not, bet amounts will be refunded, except for bets whose outcomes can already be determined (e.g., first-half winner).

• Naga33 reserves the right to void or reject any bet placed based on odds that were displayed due to a technical error or data fault, and will refund the relevant bet amount accordingly.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by sport, market type, and member account tier. Current limits will be displayed at the time of placing a bet.

7. Casino Games & Slots

Naga33 offers online casino games including live blackjack, baccarat, roulette, poker and hundreds of slot machines. The following terms apply to all casino games:

• All Naga33 casino games use Certified Random Number Generator (RNG) by independent testing bodies. This ensures that every game outcome is fully random and free from manipulation.
• For live casino games with real dealers, match outcomes are determined by actual physical processes — such as card dealing and roulette wheel spins — broadcast in real time.
• If an internet connection is lost during a live casino game, the Naga33 system will record the last known game state. Once the connection is restored, you can review the game result in your account history.
• Naga33 reserves the right to void any winnings and close an account if there is evidence of unauthorised software or methods being used to gain an unfair advantage in casino games.

8. Prohibited Conduct & Misuse

The following are strictly prohibited on the Naga33 platform. Any violation may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and legal action where appropriate:

• Multiple account registration — registering more than one account, whether under your own name, a false identity, or using another person's details.
• Identity fraud — registering for or using an account with another person's personal information without their consent.
• System manipulation — using any software, bots, automated scripts, or technical methods to gain an unfair advantage in any game or bet.
• Promotional abuse — claiming bonuses or promotions using multiple accounts, exploiting system errors, or by any other means that goes against the spirit of the promotional offer.
• Money laundering — using the Naga33 platform to process funds obtained through illegal means. Naga33 complies with anti-money laundering laws and will report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.
• Third-party interference — harassing, threatening or behaving inappropriately toward other players or Naga33 staff through any communication channel.
• Hacking or cyberattacks — any attempt to gain unauthorised access to Naga33's systems, disrupt platform operations, or steal other users' data.

Naga33 operates a 24-hour fraud detection system. Accounts identified as engaging in the above activities will be dealt with promptly and may be reported to the relevant authorities without prior notice to the member.

9. Account Suspension & Closure

Voluntary Self-Closure by Member: You may close your Naga33 account at any time by contacting our support team. Any available balance will be processed for withdrawal once all active bets are settled and any bonus wagering requirements (if applicable) are met or waived. Please note that bonus balances that have not met the wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.

Closure at Responsible Gaming Request: If you wish to close or exclude yourself from the platform for responsible gambling reasons, Naga33 will process your request promptly and without question. Contact our support team and indicate that this is a self-exclusion request. Any real-money balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded to you.

Closure by Naga33: Naga33 reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account if:

• Member registers multiple accounts;
• Upon instruction from regulatory authorities or law enforcement.

In the event of account closure due to a breach of terms, Naga33 reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending an ongoing investigation.

10. Limitation of Liability

Naga33 provides an online betting platform on a reasonable best-efforts basis but does not guarantee 100% uninterrupted platform availability. The following terms apply to the limitations of Naga33's liability:

• Naga33 shall not be held liable for any losses incurred as a result of internet connection disruptions on the part of the member while a bet or game is in progress.
• Naga33 does not guarantee that the platform will always be free from technical errors or disruptions. We will work to restore services as quickly as possible in the event of any disruption.
• In the event of technical errors displaying incorrect odds, Naga33 reserves the right to void the bet in question and refund the amount to the member. Naga33 is not obligated to pay out winnings calculated based on incorrect odds.
